Sunrise to speak at CMO Challenges 2019: How to work with the customer journey

In collaboration with Dansk Markedsføring, Sunrise returns to CMO Challenges 2019 to share our experiences and approach to the customer journey.

CMO Challenges is a combination of incisive and relevant keynote speakers, committed participants and professional partners who meet and discuss the challenges and opportunities within the discipline of marketing. Lisbet Jantzen, Director of Customer Experience and Partner at Sunrise, will speak at the event.

Lisbet Jantzen will present the key findings from an analysis that addresses the CMOs efforts and challenges working with the customer journey. The analysis, made in partnership between Sunrise and UserTribe, is a deep dive into the challenges faced by CMOs when working with the customer journey. And while most CMOs assess customer insights as very important for the business strategy, a large share don’t feel they have the necessary toolkit to work with the customer journey.

Lisbet Jantzen will share inspiration and hands-on tools to help the CMO understand and act upon the customer journey and make an impact by translating knowledge into concrete actions and initiatives.
