Are you our new Financial Controller?

Sunrise is expanding fast and we are therefore looking for a Financial Controller to optimise and strengthen our financial department. The role

Your primary focus will be to drive and develop the processes within financial controlling. You will play an active role in our organisation and contribute to increasing transparency in the financial reporting.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Automating our processes within registrations and bookkeeping in collaboration with our Head of Finance.
  • Controlling and ongoing reporting
  • Participating in the “end of the month” process, including controlling and analysing economic developments
  • Professional sparring partner for other members of the financial team and the organisation at-large.
  • Ad hoc tasks in the financial team within accounting, business economics and tax

Your profile

You are curious, outgoing and skilled at analysing and disseminating financial data. You thrive amongst change and are motivated by the interplay between your function and the overall business. You have preferably held a similar position as either Financial Controller or as an Accountant. If you are the right candidate, your level of education is not a determining factor.

To be successful in the role, you must take ownership of your tasks and projects, while also helping to ensure that the financial department creates value for the entire organisation.

You are motivated to be part of a strong team and thrive in a collaborative role – working well with those with similar professional skills and those with completely different backgrounds and responsibilities.
