We are now looking for an experienced Senior Consultant / Director to strengthen our Insights & Strategy team. In this role, you will lead client engagements, shape strategic recommendations, and play a key role in evolving our offerings. You will work closely with C-level executives, helping them make data-driven decisions that fuel long-term success in their organizations.
Your main objective will be to create strong market positions for our clients and accelerate their business growth by orchestrating seamless transitions across three critical domains: Brand Transition, Marketing Transition, and Sales Transition. This role requires a combination of thorough analysis, insight-driven strategy, and creative execution, ensuring that our clients can successfully navigate change and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Your tasks will include
Lead client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on strategic questions related to customer insights, positioning, branding, communication, and marketing strategy
Drive high-impact projects from research and analysis to strategic recommendations and execution planning
Translate insights into commercial strategy, leveraging quantitative and qualitative research to guide decision-making
Manage and mentor younger consultants and project teams, ensuring structured project execution and high-quality deliverables
Present insights and strategies to C-level audiences, facilitating workshop and discussions that drive alignment and action
Develop and refine methodologies within strategic positioning, branding and insights as well as how we ensure seamless integration with our Activation specialists to create holistic, execution-ready solutions
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities while also expanding and deepening relationships with existing clients
Your profile
5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, branding, communication, insights, or a related commercial advisory role
Proven track record of working with C-level stakeholders and driving strategic discussions
Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research, segmentation, customer insights, and competitive analysis
Ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategic recommendations within branding, marketing and communication
Experience managing projects, leading teams, and handling budget responsibilities in a fast-paced consulting environment
Excellent communication skills, both in delivering presentations and in facilitating strategic discussions
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Fluency in Danish and English
