THE POSITION

As an Associate Consultant, Content & Social Media, you’ll join our Activation team, working alongside colleagues who share your passion for content, media, and technology.
In close collaboration with our advisors across brand, marketing, and sales, you’ll play a key role in shaping communication and content strategies while planning and creating content—primarily for social media.

Your tasks will include

• Advising clients in brand and communication strategy on primarily social media.
• Developing social media strategies for a broad range of clients (B2C and B2B).
• Producing content plans for social media such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Campaign ideation and planning in collaboration with strategists, concept developers, media specialists, CRM consultants, art directors and copywriters.
• Work closely together with our creative team to develop best-in-class content for primarily social media
• Facilitating workshops
• Ongoing data analysis and campaign measurement.
• Development of client presentations in Keynote and meetings with existing and new potential clients.

Your profile

You are at the beginning of your career, perhaps with 1-2 of experience from an agency or a marketing team, where you have gained your first experience within the field of communication, content ideation and commercial strategy.

• 1-2 years of experience working professionally with digital and/or social media – either from an agency or marketing team.
• Interest in social media and a strong opinion on what’s working (and what’s not) from a content perspective.
• A team player who can collaborate with many different types of people.
• Fluent in Danish and high proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• A relevant degree in the marketing and communication field. 
• A solid understanding with planning, optimising and managing advertising campaigns in Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
