NB: Fluency in Danish is required for this position.
Are you ambitious and eager to take the next step in your personal and professional development? As an Associate Consultant, Insights & Strategy at Sunrise, you’ll be responsible for driving and developing our clients’ strategies, both commercially and creatively, alongside your team.
Your main objective will be to create strong market positions for our clients and accelerate their business growth by orchestrating seamless transitions across three critical domains: Brand Transition, Marketing Transition, and Sales Transition. This role requires a combination of thorough analysis, insight-driven strategy, and creative execution. At Sunrise, you will be part of a very social, vibrant, and informal organization where you’ll have direct access to partners and client exposure from day one.
We are looking for ambitious candidates who have recently graduated or have 1-2 years of work experience and are passionate about transforming insights and analysis into strategy and effective communication. As an Associate Consultant at Sunrise, you will join an experienced team of consultants, project managers, and specialists working to help ambitious companies elevate their brands to the next level.

Your tasks will include
- Conducting desk research, market analysis, and insights gathering (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Challenging the business issues of our clients and thinking outside the box, identifying untapped potential across commercial activities
- Assisting in the development of strategies, customer insights analysis, concept development, and preparing input for the creative process as well as for the activation team (i.e., our specialists within SoMe, Web, and CRM)
- Developing presentations in Keynote/PowerPoint for potential and existing clients
- New business development through desk research, identification of leads, conducting outreach, and development of presentations
Your profile
- You recently graduated with a master’s degree in business administration, marketing, management, communication, or a related field (e.g., cand.merc.), or you have 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Branding, or Marketing
- You have a strong interest in commercial strategy, customer insights, branding and marketing
- You possess solid business acumen and a natural drive for achieving results
- You have a talent for data analysis and can articulate the value behind the numbers
- You are a strategic thinker with a creative flair
- You are comfortable with salesmanship and client interaction
- You are a team player who can collaborate effectively with a diverse range of people

- You have an innovative mindset and are willing to take responsibility for your tasks
- You can remain calm under pressure, multitask effectively, and are always ready to go the extra mile for your clients and team
- You are fluent in Danish and have a high proficiency in English
